What we do

We provide, magic hands and smiles, YES!!  trained  personal  assistants  and  Cleaners  in the  comfort  of  your  own  home.

Aims 

We offer temporary  family relief  ( We support  your loved  one  24/ 7 in the  comfort  of their  home if  you  need  a few  days away) 

  • Holiday support i.e (We can  travel with  our  clients  to support  them  while on  holiday either  with family  or  on their own)

We offer accompaniment   to  hospital appointments, day outs, to  functions  eg , family gatherings concerts/ church  and other  activities ( especially  due to, memory,  mobility, incontinence, and other  health  issues

How we do it 

Person Centred  

We Provide safe  and   excellent  person centered care  to  individuals  of   all ages, genders and   cultures. We value  our clients' values and choices. We thoroughly  assess their needs   and  provide  adequate care and support ,at  their preferred   pace, and  routine as their  comfort  is  our  priority. We implement strategies that are cost effective while we  ensure the safety of our clients. We  ensure that our care delivery is organised around the client as an individual.

 We conduct through and  robust planning to  ensure that the  service delivery is satisfactory  and  the client  is  empowered to  be in control of their care. 

Who does It

Compassion  is key  and  it  is a trait that cannot be taught necessarily, but is  inborn thus  the  individual has a natural ability to care for other people. Therefore we ensure that we recruit the right people who are caring and are able to demonstrate this in their roles. Moreover, our  staff are  well trained  to  perform  their  duty  at a professional level.

Your  feedback  is  important  to  us, we  listen  and  implement  changes  as  necessary...We have  a  24hr  emergency  support  team for  our  valued  clients. This   means  you  can  be  assured  of   help  at  any  time  of  the  day
